These terms are the agreement between you and RBN SPC LTD when you use the Shopaxolic app or shopaxolic.com. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
A fitting room. You import a garment from a shop’s own product page, try it on a photo of yourself or on one of our fictional models, and keep the looks privately in your account. You can also browse a daily moodboard of looks we publish, look through the brands directory, and find shops near you. It is free to use at this stage, and there are caps on how many try-ons can be generated per hour and per day, per account and across the whole service, so it stays standing.
Every try-on image is generated by an AI model from the photo you chose and the garment’s picture. It is an illustration, not a photograph, and it is not a promise about fit: colour, drape, size and detail are approximations, and the model can get them wrong. Decide with the shop’s own photographs and size guide before you buy.
Every try-on image that leaves the app — shared, saved to your photos or downloaded — carries a small Shopaxolic logo mark, so a picture that ends up somewhere else says where it was made. What you look at inside the app stays clean.
The people in the moodboard are not real. Those images are made with AI and the models in them are a fictional cast: never a real person, never a celebrity likeness, never a child.
Shopaxolic sells nothing. Every shop, brand and product page you reach from the app belongs to somebody else, and anything you buy there is a contract between you and that shop, on its terms, with its delivery, returns and warranty. The app takes no payments today; there is nothing to buy inside it.
Prices, availability and descriptions are as captured from the shop’s page on the date shown next to them. They go out of date and they can be wrong. We re-read the product pages of recently published looks and mark a piece as sold out or no longer available when we can tell, but the shop’s own page is always the truth. A link may stop working; tell us and we will fix it.
The Shopaxolic name, the logo, the app and the moodboard images are ours. Brand names, logos and product photographs shown in the app belong to their owners and are used to identify the product you are looking at.
We may add, change, pause or withdraw features, and we may change these terms; the new text appears here with a new date. The service is offered as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or that a generated image will meet a particular expectation. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are untouched.
You can delete your account in the app at any time, which is also how you end this agreement; the privacy policy says exactly what deletion removes. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless the law stops us.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, have jurisdiction — without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
